On July 22, Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. officially launched its recruitment and onboarding system project in partnership with Yonyou. The project marks a significant milestone in Wanhua Chemical's digital human resources transformation, bringing together key executives from both organizations to witness this new chapter in HR digitalization.

The new platform, built by Yonyou Dayi, will be an integrated recruitment and onboarding digital platform that connects internal system data links and builds a dedicated corporate recruitment portal, covering various talent acquisition scenarios. The platform will leverage advanced AI capabilities, including intelligent resume screening and AI-assisted interviews, to reshape the entire talent selection process, significantly freeing HR value and upgrading candidate experience.

At the project launch meeting, leaders from Wanhua Chemical and Yonyou delivered speeches outlining project objectives, implementation approaches, and collaboration requirements.

Ke Lin, Deputy General Manager of Wanhua Chemical's Digitalization Department, emphasized that data is the foundation for AI intelligent applications. The recruitment and onboarding system is not just an HR operational tool but a core component of the group's overall digital infrastructure. Only through full-process online recruitment and data standardization can the foundation for subsequent intelligent upgrades be established.
